  Didn't pick car up on time and despite me being very polite when I called them they we're very rude and spoke to me like c**p on the phone because I'd forgot my phone and missed there previous call. Said they would wash car for us they didn't. On delivery I was told they had replaced air filter as part of service but on checking myself the dirty old air filter still installed.
